Directly enter net amounts for SAP Business One

It is now possible to enter net amounts directly in Candis!

1. Open an incoming invoice in Candis.
2. In addition to the total amount, the net amount and tax amount now also appear during processing.
3. Tax key & tax rate have been combined in one field to avoid errors in the entry.
4. The amounts are exported to SAP exactly as they appear in Candis.
